I hold a BA Hons in Psychology and hold a Masters in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School and St Vincent's School of Medicine in Dublin. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings within mental health sector including hospitals and student counselling services. My experience includes working with those with psychiatric diagnoses and those affected by anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, loneliness and isolation. I have worked with students helping them to overcome the challenges which they fact. I also have a particular interest and focus on women's mental health with a specific interest in motherhood and pre/post natal depression.My work includes working with parents on how to alleviate the anxiety and pressure which being a parent can sometimes present. I am member of the Psychological Society of Ireland P.S.I. and the Association for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy in Ireland A.P.P.I.
