Approach

Enda works from a humanistic, person-centered approach and believes in creating a safe, supportive, non-judgmental, and confidential space in which clients can heal and grow. Enda is a firm believer in person-centered therapy, which gives the client control of the speed, and depth of work in each session. When Enda works with clients, he incorporates three aspects to create positive change: Client Strengths, Positive Regard, and Compassion. Enda believes that everybody can use added support from time to time. When working together, Enda creates a space for you to explore the challenges you’re facing, figure out what goals you want to set for your work in therapy, and develop appropriate coping skills to overcome barriers and create meaningful change in your life. Enda believes his primary role as a therapist is to help people navigate life’s challenges so they can realize that their current narrative is not the end of their story.
